  • A: If you choose to stop paying, your access to the eMoney Personal Financial Website will end. Since there’s a cost to keep your site active, continued payment is required under the terms of service. The subscription price for My Money Vision includes this tool, so your access is tied to your membership. The good news is, if you ever decide to come back, you can pick right back up where you left off.

  • A: Your first few new modules that aren’t included in your age range course are complimentary because you may need immediate guidance on certain topics and we don’t want to add to your stress by charging you.

  • A: It depends on the subscription you choose. Moving up an age group may come with upgraded features, which can change the price. Don’t worry—you’ll always be notified before moving up, and you’ll have the chance to pick the subscription that works best for you. You can even choose a lower-priced option if you want fewer benefits.

  • A: Yes, in the cases where someone needs Power of Attorney and Estate Planning services, we can provide it to them for an additional fixed charge. Contact us at info@mymoneyvision.com or contact your coach to learn more.

  • A: While it isn’t possible to schedule more meetings with a coach outside of what your subscription allows (due to volume concerns), it is always encouraged to contact them via their personal emails for help and feedback.

  • A: Contact us at info@mymoneyvision.com to change your subscription type or subscription interval. Let us know which subscription you would like to change to. We will notify you as soon as we change it for you.

  • A: Contact us at info@mymoneyvision.com notifying us of your cancellation and we will take care of it quickly. You will still have access to your subscription until the term ends.
