This Privacy Policy explains how My Money Vision, LLC ("MMV," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information about young adult customers and site/app users who purchase and use our financial education program.
By using our website, mobile experiences, or services (together, the "Services"), and by checking the consent box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy.

Age/date of birth (for eligibility and plan pricing)

Purchase details (selected plan, price, discounts)
Support messages and coaching/scheduling information
Course activity you submit (assignments, forms, goals, surveys)
B. Information collected automatically
Device, browser, and log data (IP address, pages viewed, time on page)
Cookies and similar technologies for essential site features, analytics, and (if enabled) marketing/retargeting
C. Information from third parties
Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) confirm payment status and may perform identity verification
Learning platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Canvas, Zoom, Calendly) provide usage/attendance data
Analytics and site performance providers (e.g., Google Analytics) provide aggregated usage metrics
Payment security: We do not store full payment card numbers. Payments are processed by our third‑party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.

Business transfers (e.g., merger or acquisition) in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy.

Account settings: You may update your profile and preferences in your account or by contacting us.
Emails & texts: You can opt out of non‑transactional marketing messages from within the message or by contacting us. (You will still receive essential service messages.)
Cookies/analytics: You can manage cookies via your browser settings or any cookie banner we provide. Disabling some cookies may impact site functionality.
6) Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising or certain sharing, and to restrict or object to processing. If we learn that we collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

By creating an account, using the Services, or clicking "I agree" at checkout, you consent to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
